Shipping policy
Sproutopia is based in Brisbane. Guaranteed next working day delivery to within 30 km of Brisbane metro. Same day delivery when ordered before 10:30am. Deliveries are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, and 10am to 4pm on Saturday.
Orders need to be received by 4pm to ensure next working day delivery.

UNABLE TO DELIVER
Sproutopia uses both internal and 3rd part delivery staff and partners. If delivery is not possible due to :
-Unable to access.
-Unable to contact either sender or receiver.
- An incorrect address has been provided.
-It is unsafe to do so.
-No one available and nowhere safe to leave the delivery.
It is at the discretion of our drivers if it is safe to leave the plant/s if property is unattended. Photos are always taken to show proof of delivery. If a property is intended, we attempt to contact the sender and receiver. If unavailable we attempt to deliver free of charge a 2nd time when next in the area (within 48hrs). If an alternate address or a 3rd delivery attempt is required an incurred delivery charge is applied (between $14.95 -$34 depending on distance from our Herston Plant Workshop).
The receiver is always welcome to pick up their plant from our Herston location (Mon-Sat 9.30- 1pm).
