Damages
In the unlikely event that your item is damaged in transit, is defective or you have received the wrong item, please contact us (within 5 working days) and we will replace your item with an item of equal value. All we require is a photograph of the goods to be forwarded via email to: hello@sproutopia.com.au
Refund
A 100% refund will be provided (by reimbursement to the original method of payment) on request if:
- The delivery has not arrived at the agreed destination on the agreed date; or
- The delivery address can not be located; or
- The recipient refuses receipt of goods
Products and other exemptions from refund policy
Custom products (such as special orders or personalised items).Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
When incorrect or incomplete delivery information has been provided resulting in no delivery impossible; eg :incorrect street number , incorrect portent number, incorrect lock contact number. When delivery is not possible to no fault of Sproutopia, delivery will only be re attempted, once correct details have been provided , delivery will be recharged on 2nd attempt.
The receiver my choose to pick up plant from Sproutopia, contact hello@sproutopi for pick up information.
In these cases refund cm he trusted ( t the discretion on Sproutopia. A refund minus incurred delivery costs and transaction fee will be provided . This process (depending on your bank) cm take 3/7 business days) .
30 day plant replacement policy
Sproutopia has a 30-day plant replacement policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your plant to request a return and replacement.
Place of return : 8/49 Butterfield St, Herson, QLD 4006. Please contact customer care prior to arranging a return so we able to communicate any further requirements.
If you are not 100% satisfied with health of your plant, please contact us.To start a return, you can simply email us at hello@sproutopia.com.au. Just advise what the concern is, with a brief description and a visible representation with a photo or short video, if required. On acceptance of a replacement, we will arrange for pick up of original plant and delivery of replacement plant.
